ATTW 2012—Call for Proposals

The Association of Teachers of Technical Writing (ATTW) invites proposals for papers, posters, and workshops for its fifteenth annual conference to be held in St. Louis, MO, on Wednesday, March 21, 2012, immediately preceding the Conference on College Composition and Communication (CCCC). The full-day event includes concurrent sessions, poster presentations, workshops, book exhibits, and opportunities for exchanging ideas and networking in an academic environment.
The Rhetoric Program in the Department of English at Carnegie Mellon University invites applications for a non-tenure track Assistant Teaching Professor of English and Director of Undergraduate Professional and Technical Writing beginning in August 2012. Assistant Teaching Professor appointments at Carnegie Mellon are faculty appointments with provision for unlimited renewal and promotion to Associate Teaching Professor and Teaching Professor.
