The American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) is seeking professionals in a variety of expertise areas to share their knowledge and skills at the 2013 AMWA National Annual Conference in Columbus, Ohio.
The Association of Teachers of Technical Writing is seeking an editor and institutional home for Technical Communication Quarterly for a five-year, renewable commitment to begin September 1, 2013. The first issue for the new editor(s) will be January 2014, but the appointed editor should be available to work with the current editor between June 1 and September 1, 2013. TCQ is published as a print journal four times per year by Taylor & Francis, LLC.

The Research Methods Workshops are an initiative of the Association of Teachers of Technical Writing (ATTW) aimed at providing an opportunity for those entering the profession and those less trained in research to develop more sophisticated research skills.
This year, ATTW is sponsoring two Research Methods Workshops:
Full-time, tenure-track assistant professor in Communications Media. Teach both Professional Communication courses and introductory and upper-level Communication Theory courses.
